| Details for Pinwheel Stool Plans
Free Pinwheel Stool plans - This is yet another version of the Pinwheel stool. There are some differences: besides the shape of the leg, I’ve gone to 3/4 plywood for both the legs and seat (or MDF for the seat), the seat diameter is bigger and the center post shorter. Use the same assembly directions as in #1, but be sure to lengthen the screws and nails because of the thicker materials. It would be best to make a pattern for the leg; a cardboard one to just draw the outline if you are going to use a jig saw to cut the shape or 1/4 or 3/8 material if you are going to use a router. The curve is about a 30 radius, but you can eyeball it and draw it freehand on the pattern.
